The Fund will take short positions (which may involve the use of derivatives and/or borrowing securities and selling them) in stocks which the Investment Manager expects to fall in value. The use of derivatives and/or borrowing securities and selling them is used to create leverage within the Fund, this can create additional risks, including the risk that gains and losses are amplified.
