About the Fund

The Plato Global Market Neutral Fund (AUT) aims to generate consistent returns with a low correlation to equity markets. The Fund invests solely in the Plato Global Market Neutral UCITS fund which takes long and short positions in global equity securities. The fund manager employs a bottom-up, fundamental approach, investing across some 30 countries, and 25 industries.

The Fund aims to exceed its Benchmark on a rolling 3-year basis.
3-month Bank Bill Swap rate (BBSW).

Portfolio Allocation

The Underlying Fund may invest in global equity securities, global collective investment vehicles, derivatives (such as options, futures, forwards, swaps, participatory notes, contracts for difference), money market instruments, and approved cash.


• Minimum initial investment – $25,000

• Management costs: 1.50% p.a. (inclusive of the net effect of GST)

• Performance fee: 20% of outperformance

Because the Plato Global Market Neutral Fund has a performance history of less than twelve months, there is insufficient data to provide a useful indication of fund performance. To provide 12 months of data, the fund benchmark – ICE USD 1m (Intercontinental Exchange 1-month LIBOR benchmark), along with HFRX Equity Market Neutral Index and Barclays US Treasury Total Return have been selected as representative of the fund investment objectives. Returns are quoted in USD and net of applicable fees, costs and taxes. Pinnacle Investment Management, is an appointed representative Mirabella Advisers LLP who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
